MTG – industrial pipes for water transport Rendering

For MTG Manifattura Tubi Gomma S.p.A., a company based in Grisignano di Zocco (Vicenza) and a leader in industrial tube production, we created a series of renderings for the “ACQUA/ADT-K” tube, designed for the safe transport of drinking water. The product meets the strictest standards, such as UBA KTW-BWGL and DIN EN 16421. The main challenge in the rendering was highlighting the material’s qualities and the reliability of the tube, while also emphasizing the surrounding water.

We positioned the tube on the water’s surface to highlight the refraction effects and the caustics produced by the water. This required special attention to detail. Our goal was to clearly represent the essential role of water as the element to be transported. We devoted time to accurately depicting each material that makes up the tube, emphasizing their importance in ensuring the safety and reliability of the product.

Realism was the focus throughout every phase of production. The translucent TPE inner layer was reproduced in such a way that it allowed the mid-layer, made of a reinforcing mesh fabric, to be visible. Every detail, from the material texture to the physical characteristics of the tube, such as its corrugation and pattern, was carefully attended to in order to reflect MTG’s commitment to producing tubes that meet the highest safety standards.

Our collaboration with MTG Manifattura Tubi Gomma S.p.A. is part of a long-lasting and fruitful partnership that began in 2017. We have created numerous 3D renderings and 3D videos, always focusing on quality and realism. Each project represents a new opportunity to create 3D renderings that communicate the reliability and precision of industrial products.
