The construction company De Stefani from Jesolo contacted us to enhance their residential project consisting of four residential floors and one commercial floor in Jesolo. In addition to creating renders of the structure, the company approached us because they wanted to offer their clients something innovative, to impress them and to have the opportunity to show them the building project in a more intuitive and clear manner.
Using Augmented Reality (we created a marker to be framed through our multi-client app Reveles), we were able to display the 3D model of the building, providing the opportunity to understand its shape and dimensions. Furthermore, by clicking on a dedicated button on the screen, the building was shown in cross-section, revealing a typical residential floor plan with fully furnished apartments.
In the main rooms of the apartments, some three-dimensional buttons were used to open rendered 360-degree panoramas of each environment, allowing navigation from one room to another via an easy-to-use map (Virtual Tour).
This solution, developed in its entirety, allows the buyer to accurately visualize both the building plans (which are not always easily understandable for those outside the industry) and the home environments faithfully.
